About Behind the Scenes
We do not do drill-sergeant shouting here. Our classes are built on interaction. You will see students of different ages sparring together and kids learning reaction drills with focus games, not just repetitive punching. When you step onto our 20mm EVA foam mats, you are not just a student, you are part of a crew that learns by doing.
How We Train
At Kikker, we believe the best way to learn is by staying engaged. Our sessions are not about staring at a mirror or endless laps around a track. We use shared focus mitts, partner drills, and agility ladders to make sure every minute counts. Whether you are working on a jab-cross-hook combination or learning to block effectively, you will be doing it with a partner who has your back.
The Vibe on the Mats
We keep our batches sized between 8 to 15 students. This ensures that even in a group setting, you get personal attention. If you are nervous about sparring, do not worry. We introduce it gradually at your own pace with full safety gear. It is not a fight club. It is a controlled environment designed for you to test your reflexes and gain confidence.
Who This Is For
We see people from all walks of life. We have parents, teens, working professionals, and seniors in our batches at Cunningham Road and Indiranagar. The common thread is a desire to learn something new and have fun doing it. We provide all the basics—gloves and mats—so you can just show up ready to work. Mistakes are part of the process, and we celebrate the effort as much as the result.
