Kickboxing for Kids: Confidence, Focus, and Fun
We help kids find their spark, build real focus, and learn to move with confidence. Every class blends skill-building with high-energy games, ensuring your child learns discipline while having an absolute blast on the mat.
One kick at a time, our little Kikkers are building a strong foundation. We focus on proper form from day one to ensure every movement is powerful and safe.
It all starts here. Our youngest Kikkers learn the basics of stance and punching in a fun, encouraging environment, building a foundation for a lifetime of confidence.
We believe in empowering everyone, and that starts young. This little Kikker shows what it means to "fight like a girl" with focus and determination while practicing kicks on the pads.
Look at that focus. Two of our youngest students practice their punches and stances, learning the importance of partnership and control in martial arts.
Our junior and little Kikkers working on their kicks and movement. Each class is designed to be engaging and help them improve their coordination and strength.
Small but mighty. This little warrior is all focus as he practices his punches. We welcome kids of all ages to come and discover their inner strength.
This is what empowerment looks like. A young student practicing her punches with precision and confidence, showing that strength comes in all sizes.
About this collection
It is not just about learning how to kick; it is about how we teach. Your child will not just stand in lines repeating drills—we use games like balloon battles and cloth tag sparring to make sure they are moving naturally and staying engaged. By the time they are focused on the pad work, they have forgotten they are 'exercising,' and they are just Kikkers having a great time.
More Than Just Punches
We do not believe in boring, repetitive fitness routines for children. Whether your child is 5 or 15, our sessions at Cunningham Road and Indiranagar are designed to build agility, coordination, and mental strength through play. We use specific drills, like agility ladders for footwork and tag sparring for reaction time, so that the technical stuff, like jabs, hooks, and roundhouse kicks, happens naturally.
The Belt Progression System
We track progress, but not just by who kicks the highest. Our belt grading system celebrates consistency and effort. When a child learns to tie their own belt or masters a new combination on the pads, they are learning that showing up and doing the work pays off. This is a skill they take home to their studies and their daily lives.
Safety is Always First
We know the word 'sparring' can worry parents. At Kikker, we emphasize control. Beginners start with non-contact or light-contact point sparring using protective gear. We prioritize joint safety with high-quality 20mm EVA puzzle mats and maintain manageable batch sizes (approx 8 to 15 students) to ensure your child gets proper supervision.

Kikker Martial Arts
At Kikker, we are not coaches standing on the sidelines; we are in the middle of the mat with your kids, laughing during tag sparring and celebrating every new kick. We believe that if a child is having fun, they are learning, which is why our classes feel more like a playground and less like a military drill.
