I do not sell shortcuts. My pad work sessions are designed to push you out of your comfort zone, burn serious calories, and build real striking technique.

In this drill, we are working on a jab-cross combination followed by movement. I correct your form in real-time, focusing on footwork and hip rotation, so you build good habits and punching power from day one.

About Hands-On Pad Work

During our sessions, I am watching your stance and hip rotation with every strike. If your guard drops or your footwork gets sloppy, I correct it on the spot so you build good habits immediately rather than reinforcing mistakes.
