Personal Kickboxing Pad Work in Pitampura
I do not sell shortcuts. My pad work sessions are designed to push you out of your comfort zone, burn serious calories, and build real striking technique.
Here is a glimpse of different clients during their personal kickboxing sessions. Each person has a different goal and fitness level, and I tailor the pad work intensity and combinations specifically for them. This is how we get results.
In this drill, we are working on a jab-cross combination followed by movement. I correct your form in real-time, focusing on footwork and hip rotation, so you build good habits and punching power from day one.
About Hands-On Pad Work
During our sessions, I am watching your stance and hip rotation with every strike. If your guard drops or your footwork gets sloppy, I correct it on the spot so you build good habits immediately rather than reinforcing mistakes.
Think of this as high-intensity cardio paired with actual fight mechanics. We spend 50 to 60 minutes on the floor, starting with dynamic warm-ups before moving into the core work. My job is to hold the pads, challenge your reaction time, and ensure your combinations are technically sound.
Whether we are working on simple jabs or complex hooks, the goal is always to keep you moving. You will feel the burn, but more importantly, you will see your form improve session by session. We train at The Wellness Club Gym Xpress in Pitampura, which gives us the functional space required for these drills.
Why focus on pad work? It is more than just sweating. It is about learning to move your body properly. Even if you are a complete beginner, I break down the stance and guard first. Once you have the basics, we ramp up the intensity. I keep the sessions tailored to your pace, but do not expect a relaxed walk in the park. You show up with dedication, and I bring the technical guidance to get you results.
