It doesn't matter where you start. I train everyone from complete beginners to guys who already have some experience. In my 1-on-1 sessions, my focus is only on you and your goals, whether it's fat loss, building strength, or learning a real skill.

This is what a real session looks like. I am right there with you, pushing you to throw one more punch and find that extra bit of power. We work on technique and conditioning together. Aur zor laga, bhai!
