These aren't choreographed shows where you just watch—my sessions are HIIT workouts disguised as dance parties. Whether we are moving to a viral track like 'Ra Ra Rakkamma' or a high-tempo Tamil Kuthu beat, the focus is on maintaining high-intensity cardio that burns calories without feeling like a gym grind. You will sweat, you will laugh, and you will definitely mess up the steps occasionally—that is exactly how it's supposed to be.

What To Expect In Class

Where We Train
We rotate between select partner studios across Bangalore, including spots in Richards Town and RK Hegde Nagar. Each space is equipped with a sound system that actually does justice to the bass in these tracks.
Can't Make It In Person?
I offer the same high-energy mix online. We might not be in the same room, but the playlist is just as loud, and the HIIT intervals are just as intense. Whether in-studio or home-based, the goal is always the same: leave feeling better than you arrived.
