About this collection
When Anjali and I teach together, the energy levels double. We specialize in synchronized partner routines that make HIIT feel less like work and more like a party. Whether it is Aqua Zumba or a studio class, our Me vs Me philosophy ensures you are pushing your own limits rather than just following the crowd.
Our classes are built on chemistry. Because Anjali and I are a real-life team, we naturally feed off each other's energy, which keeps the room buzzing. We don't believe in rigid, robotic movements. Instead, we focus on high-energy, fluid routines that mix Zumba, Bollywood, and Kannada/Tamil hits to ensure you never get bored.

We operate out of multiple locations in Bengaluru, including Yoh Fitness in Richards Town and Reckon Dance Studio in RK Hegde Nagar. If you prefer low-impact, we also run Aqua Zumba sessions which are great for joint recovery while still burning calories.
Whether you are joining us for a corporate workshop or a routine morning session, the goal is always the same: get fit, release some stress, and leave the studio feeling better than when you walked in.
