Office life doesn't happen on a gym mat. We bring realistic, scenario-based safety training straight to your workplace, tailored for your employees in their everyday professional attire.

My Chief of Security Operations, Shashank, and Head of Education, Divya, explain our approach to employee safety. We design programs for MNCs that go beyond security guards, empowering your team with the skills to handle any situation themselves.

During a corporate session at Gameskraft, I explain the principles of situational awareness. The goal is to teach employees how to identify and de-escalate potential threats before they turn physical, a crucial skill for personal and workplace safety.

This is a ground survival drill in an office environment. We simulate real-world attacks to prepare employees for the worst-case scenario, teaching them how to protect themselves even when overpowered.

Here, I demonstrate a simple but effective wrist-lock technique to a Gameskraft employee. My methods are designed to be learned quickly and applied instinctively, regardless of a person's size or strength.

An employee practices a hold-break technique. Our workshops are fully interactive, ensuring every participant gets hands-on experience and builds muscle memory for each defensive move.

About this collection

We don't teach choreographed moves that rely on gym shorts and bare feet. My team comes directly to your office floor to simulate real-world threats, such as elevator confrontations or parking lot harassment, using everyday objects like pens, ID cards, and water bottles as defensive tools. Your staff learns to react in the same clothes they wear to work, turning your office into a space of active empowerment rather than just a place of business.

Beyond Standard Security

Most companies rely on security guards, CCTVs, and cab tracking. These are reactive measures. Kavach is about the proactive 'soch' (mindset). We train your employees to identify threats before they escalate and give them the tactical tools to escape when they do. This is not about winning a medal; it is about ensuring your team gets home safe.

The Kavach Methodology

Our sessions are designed for the corporate environment. We don't need mats. We use your boardroom or cafeteria. The curriculum is broken down into:

  • Situational Awareness: Recognizing patterns in parking lots, transit, and public spaces.
  • Physical Agency: Simple, high-leverage release techniques for wrist grabs, hair pulls, and chokes.
  • Improvised Defense: Turning the office environment into a shield. An ID lanyard or a pen can be a game-changer when you know how to use them.
  • Fear Control: Managing the adrenaline dump that happens during a confrontation.

Why This Works for Teams

This training does more than teach defense. It builds camaraderie. When your team practices together, they learn to trust each other. We use partner-based drills that require coordination, communication, and mutual support. It is a powerful way to break the ice and build a shared culture of vigilance. Whether it is an executive protection brief or a high-intensity 3-hour workshop for the entire floor, we tailor the intensity to your company's comfort level and goals. We have trained everyone from corporate MNC teams to elite commandos, and the core principle remains the same: practical, effective, and reality-based.
