Realistic Self-Defense & Street Combat Techniques
I don't teach for medals or mats. My techniques are built for real life—where you face threats in office clothes, on hard floors, and without a referee. Here is how KAVACH prepares you for the street.
A demonstration of an arm-bar chokehold, a technique used by law enforcement. I explain the mechanics of the move, emphasizing safety during practice because these techniques are designed to cause real pain.
Two of my instructors sparring. Regular practice and pressure testing are key to ensuring our techniques are sharp and effective. We train to change everything.
This graphic outlines what you will learn in my program. It's not just physical moves; it's a complete system covering situational awareness, mindset training, and fear control.

About this collection
Forget the fancy kicks you see in movies. My sessions are about raw leverage and anatomy. We don't practice on soft mats—we train on hard ground in the jeans or office wear you actually live in. If you are cornered, you won't have a uniform or a safety coach. I teach you how to use your body mechanics and common objects like pens or ID cards to create an opening, cause enough pain to disrupt an attacker, and escape immediately. This is not sport; it is survival.
Training for the Real World
Traditional martial arts keep you in a bubble. They teach you to fight on soft mats, in uniform, with rules. But the street doesn't care about rules. Whether it's a parking lot confrontation, a late-night commute issue, or workplace aggression, you need skills that work in the chaos of reality.
What My Techniques Cover
- Scenario-Based Drills: We break down specific threats—chokes, hair grabs, wrist holds—and teach you the quickest way to break them.
- Weapon Defense: You learn to handle, disarm, or defend against knives and sticks using improvised tools found in your office or bag.
- Ground Survival: Being knocked to the ground is the most vulnerable position. I teach you how to get back up, fast.
- Fear Factor Control: Combat isn't just physical. We train your mind to stay calm when your adrenaline spikes so you don't freeze.
Why No Experience is Required
Most people think they need to be an athlete to learn self-defense. That is a myth. My system is designed for anyone from age 9 to 55. I don't look for strength; I look for leverage. You don't need a black belt or prior training—you just need the will to learn how to keep yourself and your family safe.
We provide the training, the certification, and the confidence. All you need to bring is your focus. If you are ready to stop feeling like a victim and start training like a warrior, let's get to work.
Kavach Self Defense System
I am Varun Rawat, and I founded KAVACH to bring tactical reality to civilians. I don't just show you moves; I change your mindset so you can survive the situations most people hope to never face. I teach commandos and office professionals the same core principles of survival.
