You do not fight on a soft mat, so why train there? Kavach brings reality-based self-defense training to your workspace and home, focusing on survival skills for real-life scenarios.

My training prepares women and girls for real-world challenges, not for a sports competition. This is a demonstration of a practical knife defense technique, focusing on disarming an attacker and creating a safe escape. It's about survival, not points on a mat.

In a corporate setting, I demonstrate how strength is not about size but about technique and leverage. This hands-on drill during a workshop at Gameskraft shows employees how to break a wrist grab, a common form of assault, using simple, effective movements.

This is the result of our training: confidence. Here, I lead a large group of students at Gargi Girls School in a mindset drill. We build mental fortitude first, teaching them to occupy their space fearlessly and project strength, which is the first line of defense.

I am proud to have a clan of warriors, including Cobra Commandos like Sanjay Rajbongshi. Here, he demonstrates a high-stakes knife threat defense. This level of tactical expertise is embedded in all our civilian programs, simplified for everyday people.

A street attack is chaotic and often ends on the ground. This video shows a realistic ground escape technique against a chokehold. My method focuses on practical, life-saving skills that work on hard concrete, not just soft mats.

My instructors and I break down every scenario, like this rear chokehold demonstration at CCS University. We teach the mechanics of an attack so you understand how to dismantle it. It's about turning fear into a tactical response.

Self-defense is not about wearing a special uniform. In this podcast, I explain why we train people in their everyday clothes, whether it's a saree, jeans, or a suit. Your defense must work in the life you actually live.

This is our clan. A group photo after an intense corporate workshop. My mission is to build a community of empowered individuals who are not only safer but also more confident and resilient in every aspect of their lives.

About Featured

Training in a uniform is safe, but it is not how you live. We conduct all our drills on hard office floors and in the clothes you wear daily—jeans, sarees, or suits. This is not about memorizing forms to win a trophy; it is about building the muscle memory required to survive a threat when your movement is restricted by your attire or environment.
