About Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork
My yoga classes aren't about holding a pose for hours while the mind wanders. We use traditional Hatha holds combined with functional PT warmups and breathwork to ensure you gain real strength, not just flexibility. It’s a 60-minute session where you’ll feel a genuine shift in your energy, whether you join our group sessions in Kingsway Camp or my 1-on-1 private coaching.
At my dojo, yoga is the foundation of mental grit. If you are looking for soft, background music sessions, this isn’t it. This is functional training for life.
My Approach
We focus on Hatha Yoga for stability and flexibility, but we pair it with the discipline I learned as a Commonwealth-level athlete. Every session includes breathwork to sharpen your focus and calm your nervous system.

We practice techniques like the Manipurachakra Jagruti Mudra, which I teach to help you conquer fear and build lasting confidence. Whether it is group sessions or advanced 1-on-1 mobility work, I ensure your posture is corrected in real-time to prevent injury. We train in a space with martial arts mats—not just to be comfortable, but to keep your joints safe while we push the intensity.
