Dojo Training Moments and Coaching Insights
A glimpse into my daily routine at the dojo, where discipline and hard work happen on the mat.
"Hasde hi rahni aa." Always keep smiling. A quick photo from my dojo, the space where we put in the hard work every day.
About Additional Work
In my dojo, the environment is simple. We use 25mm EVA interlocking mats that provide the grip you need for karate and the comfort for yoga flows. Whether you are training for police fitness or learning self-defense, the space is set up for one thing: focused, sweat-drenched effort with zero distractions.
I believe that where you train matters as much as how you train. My dojo at Kingsway Camp isn't about fancy gym equipment or AC comfort. It is a functional space built for martial arts and strength conditioning.
The Training Environment
The floor is lined with mats designed for joint protection, allowing us to practice high-impact kicks, throws, and ground work safely. We keep the ventilation natural to toughen the body, which is exactly how I trained for Commonwealth competitions.
What You Can Expect
When you step onto the mat here, you leave the excuses at the door. My sessions involve:
- Hybrid Training: We mix static Hatha yoga holds with the dynamic intensity of police-style PT.
- Discipline First: I do not believe in shortcuts. You will sweat, you will learn technique, and you will build the mental grit required for life outside the dojo.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: I have kids, army aspirants, and professionals training side by side. The goal is to make you stronger, faster, and more confident in your own skin.
If you are looking for a place to build real strength rather than just aesthetic muscles, this is the spot. Come prepared to work.
