This is the first look at my training philosophy. It’s a mix of discipline, strength, and balance, showing how I train everyone from young kids to police officers. This is a preview of the hard work and dedication we will put in together.
Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork
My approach to yoga is traditional and focuses on building a strong foundation for both mind and body. We practice asanas for flexibility, pranayama for breath control, and meditation techniques like Manipurachakra Jagruti Mudra to build mental resilience and overcome fear.
Functional Strength & Conditioning
This is where we build real-world strength that serves you in daily life. I use a mix of bodyweight exercises, weight training with barbells and dumbbells, and resistance band workouts to develop your core strength, power, and overall fitness.
Martial Arts & Advanced Flexibility
My training is rooted in the discipline of martial arts, focusing on karate techniques, powerful kicks, and stances. We combine this with intense flexibility work, including dynamic stretching and partner-assisted moves, to achieve a full range of motion and prevent injuries.
Group & Outdoor Training
I believe in the power of community and training in different environments. My sessions often take place outdoors in parks or on running tracks, and I lead specialized camps for groups like the Delhi Police, fostering teamwork and resilience.
Training the Next Generation
It is my passion to pass on the values of health and discipline to the younger generation. I train children of all ages, focusing on foundational yoga, gymnastics, and martial arts in a way that is both fun and builds character for life.
Fitness Challenges
I use challenges to make training engaging and to push you beyond what you think is possible. These are difficult exercises that test your balance, strength, and mental grit, from single-leg squats to unique core stability tests.
