Group Fitness and Outdoor Training in Delhi
Discipline is the only way to build strength that lasts. Whether we are in the park or the dojo, we work until you find your limit and then push past it. Join a community that values hard work over shortcuts.
An early morning running session with my students through a park trail. We build stamina and endurance together, pushing each other to keep going. The fresh air and natural surroundings make the hard work more rewarding.
"Abhi aagaz hai tera." This is just your beginning. A look inside my dojo during a group session where students of all levels are working hard. The energy of the group helps everyone to learn and grow.
Training never stops, not even in the snow. Here I am with my friends in the Himalayas, combining travel with our fitness practice. We did yoga and exercises even in the cold, proving that discipline has no off-season.
About Group & Outdoor Training
If you join our group sessions, do not expect a relaxed gym atmosphere. We mix Hatha Yoga holds with high-intensity police-style PT drills on 25mm matting. It is meant to build functional grit, so you will leave with sweat on your brow and focus in your mind, not just a casual workout.
True fitness is not about looking good in a mirror. It is about how you handle pressure and how consistent you are when nobody is watching. My outdoor training sessions are designed for people who want to break out of the monotony of an indoor gym.
We utilize local park trails for endurance running, which builds lung capacity and mental toughness, and follow it up with functional bodyweight exercises that mimic the movements you need in real life. These sessions are about community as much as they are about training. When you train alongside others, you push harder. That is the energy I bring, whether I am coaching a group of civilians or specialized police teams in Kingsway Camp.
Here is how we approach the work:
- Functional Conditioning: We focus on core strength and agility rather than just lifting weights. You will learn how to move efficiently.
- Traditional Roots: Every session ends with breathwork and meditation. You cannot have a strong body without a steady mind.
- Discipline First: Showing up is 80 percent of the battle. If you are inconsistent, this group is not for you. If you are willing to sweat and stick to the routine, you will see a transformation.
My style is hybrid. I combine the rigidity of martial arts with the fluidity of yoga. This helps with injury prevention and long-term mobility. Come with an open mind, wear comfortable shoes, and prepare to put in the work. Real change takes time, and I am here to guide you through it.
