About Outdoor Group Training

These group sessions are not for people looking for easy solutions. We train in the parks of Noida—Sector 45, 93, and others—using simple tools like cones, ladders, and our own body weight to build real, functional strength. If you are ready to put in the work and stay consistent, you will see results. I am here to push you, but the sweat has to come from you.

Real fitness isn't built in a day, and it certainly isn't instant like instant noodles. My outdoor group training is designed for those who want to put in the grind. We operate in batches of 10 to 20 students because training with a group creates a competitive, high-energy environment that pushes everyone to do better.

What We Do in the Park

We don't just jog around. We focus on:

  • Sprint Drills & Plyometrics: Using PVC mini-hurdles, ladders, and cones to improve your speed, agility, and footwork.
  • Functional Strength: We use whatever the park provides—bricks, bodyweight, and resistance movements to build muscles that work in the real world.
  • Endurance Work: Running on natural grass to build cardiovascular stamina and leg strength.

The Logistics

We train in the fresh air of Noida's public parks in sectors like 45, 50, and 93. Sessions are usually in the evening, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes. I use a whistle and high-energy vocal cues to keep the tempo high. You don't need a fancy membership; you just need to show up on time and be ready to follow instructions.
