Real Cricket Training Grounds and Coaching Environment
This is where the hard work happens. We do not believe in fancy facilities; we believe in training on real turf and matted wickets to prepare you for actual match conditions.
Everyone has an inspiration. My inspiration was a boy from a lower-middle-class family with big dreams and no support, who chose hard work over excuses. That boy was me. This is the spirit I bring to my coaching.
A team huddle after a tough session. Here, we discuss the day's performance, share feedback, and set goals for the next day. Constant communication and analysis are key to our process.
A post-session talk with the boys. I believe in direct, honest feedback. We discuss what went right, what went wrong, and what we need to work on next.
Using video analysis during a net session. I record my students to show them exactly what they are doing right and wrong. This visual feedback is one of the fastest ways to correct technical flaws.
One-on-one technical correction in the nets. I work closely with each batsman to fine-tune their technique, whether it's their stance, grip, or bat swing.
A typical day at the academy. Batsmen are working hard in the nets, focusing on their individual drills and techniques. This is the daily grind that produces results.
A view of our open ground practice. We believe in practicing on grass pitches as much as possible to simulate real match conditions.
Every batsman wants to hit big shots, but only 1% have the balance to do it consistently. This comes from relentless practice and a strong core, which is a major focus of our fitness training.
Perfecting the cut shot. Here, a coach provides targeted throw-downs to help a batsman master the cut shot, a vital tool for scoring runs against short and wide deliveries.
About A Look Inside the Academy
We do not waste time on soft surfaces. Whether you are training at our Bishnuli or Chhapraula academy, you will be working on cement, matted, or turf wickets. These are the same surfaces you will encounter in real matches. Every session involves constant video analysis to identify energy leaks, footwork errors, or backlift issues so you can fix them before your next ball.
Our Coaching Philosophy
We do not run a hobby centre. We run a production house for serious cricketers. If you are here to look good in your whites, you are in the wrong place. If you are here to sweat, drill, and actually improve, welcome to the academy.
The Training Environment
We prioritize surfaces that force you to adapt. Our academies use a mix of:
- Cement and Matted Wickets: Essential for beginners to master stance, defense, and patience without worrying about uneven bounce.
- Turf Wickets: Our high-performance program takes place on grass pitches to simulate the unpredictability of a real match day. This is where you learn to play swing and seam.
Why Video Analysis Matters
You can feel like you are doing the right thing, but the camera does not lie. We use video recording during our batting and bowling sessions to show you exactly where your technique breaks down. You will see your own head position, your hip drive, and your follow-through in real-time. This visual feedback is the fastest way to correct technical flaws like playing across the line or dropping your backlift too early.
Match Simulation
Cricket is not played in the nets. That is why our advanced sessions focus on match scenarios—target chasing, strike rotation, and handling pressure situations. We create consequences for getting out because that is the only way to build a match-winning mindset. Stop looking for easy paths. Start putting in the hours on the ground.
Journal Cricket Academy
I do not believe in shortcuts or academies that focus more on the uniform than the game. My job is to take your raw talent and build the technique and mental toughness you need to actually score runs when it counts. If you are here to work hard, I am with you.
