How We Work
Yahaan (Here), I look at the whole picture. We start with a bowling action video analysis, breaking down your technique. Then, step by step:
- Grip, run-up, alignment – sorted
- Body mechanics – hip rotation, front arm, weight transfer
- Release and follow-through – maximum effort, no shortcuts
Beyond Technique
Once your action is solid, we move to tactics. You’ll learn how to bowl variations (Googly, Top Spinner, Arm Ball) and hide them from the batsman. We simulate match pressure, set plans, and focus on mental strength. Yochane maadi maadu (Think and do it).

Strive & Shine Spin Bowling Academy started with a simple dream – ek ghar banana tha spinners ke liye (wanted to make a home for spinners). Yahaan, it’s not just bowling in nets. We talk mindset, nutrition, how to field off your own bowling. Players like Prayag, Reethu, Chandasi, even Ava from South Africa – unka progress hi asli reward hai (their progress is the real reward). Negative thoughts aate hai sabko (everyone gets negative thoughts), but we teach how to use that. Bas, har spinner ko shine karna hai (just want every spinner to shine).
