About Elite Fitness & Conditioning
Don't just run; train with purpose. We focus on hill sprints and partner-based drills to build functional strength that lasts the full forty minutes of a match. You need to handle pressure in the final moments, and that starts with the specific stamina you build here, not just by practicing fancy moves.
My training isn't about sweating; it's about building an athlete who can survive on the mat. We follow an army-style regimen that focuses on endurance, agility, and mental toughness.
The Hybrid Approach
I believe in training on both mitti (mud) and mat. The mud builds your core and raw power, while the mat prepares you for the technical surface of professional leagues like the PKL. You need both to be a complete player.
Conditioning for the Game
We incorporate hill sprints, road running, and partner-weight drills. These aren't just exercises; they are simulations of match-pressure scenarios where you have to hold your position or escape a chain tackle when your legs are tired. If you cannot maintain your posture when fatigued, you will get caught.
Mental Toughness
Kabaddi is a game of split-second decision-making under extreme physical load. By pushing your limits here at the academy in Chi III, Greater Noida, I ensure you make the right call in the final raid of a game. If you are serious about professional Kabaddi, bring your dedication, and I will handle the rest.
