The mat is unforgiving. We train for precision, balance, and the exact split-second timing needed to dominate in the Pro Kabaddi League.

A perfect example of our defense training. Watch the defender execute a powerful jump and hold to stop the raider in his tracks. This is 'Defence 100'.

About Advanced Mat Training

The mat is a different game than the mitti. Here, there is no room for sloppy footwork or delayed reactions; one millisecond of hesitation and the defender has your ankle. At my academy, we don't just teach moves, we break down why a chain tackle fails or how a specific raiding angle creates an opening. If your goal is the Pro Kabaddi League, this is where you learn to turn theory into reflex.

Mastering the mat requires a fundamental shift in mindset. On the mitti, you fight the ground, but on the mat, you fight the defender's strategy. My mat training sessions at Chi III are designed to simulate the high-pressure environment of a professional match. We focus heavily on advanced raiding techniques like the dubki and multi-defender evasion, ensuring you don't just survive the tackle but escape it with a point. On the defensive side, we drill chain formations until your timing is locked in with your corner and cover defenders. It is not just about raw strength, it is about tactical discipline.

I see many players come here trying to replicate flashy moves they saw on TV without understanding the base. We correct that. We work on your posture, balance, and the kabaddi IQ needed to read the raider’s movement before they even make a touch. Whether you are aiming for Sub-Junior Nationals or the Pro Kabaddi League, the intensity remains the same. My academy is where we strip away the ego, fix the technique, and build the physical conditioning that allows you to play the full 40 minutes at top speed. You bring the discipline, and I will ensure you are match-ready.
