About Women's Self-Defense Workshops
In these workshops, we don't waste time on complex martial arts theory. We drill the basics: how to break a wrist grab, how to create space, and how to use leverage to escape a hold. You will practice these movements repeatedly until they become instinct, so you know exactly what to do if you ever feel unsafe.
