About Strength, Fitness, and Transformation
If you are joining for fitness, be ready for a garage-style environment. We do not have air conditioning or treadmills. Instead, we use deadlifts, Gi pull-ups, and animal movements to build actual power and endurance. It is simple: if you show up and put in the time, you will see the change.
