Training on the Mats: Gi & No-Gi
This is where the work happens, day in and day out. See our regular training sessions, including live sparring (rolling), positional drills, and takedown practice for both traditional Gi and faster-paced No-Gi grappling. We have classes for all levels at both Sai MMA and The Dojo.
BJJ for Kids: Fun, Fitness, and Self-Defense
I teach children not just martial arts, but also discipline, confidence, and respect in a fun and safe environment. Our kids' program covers fundamental BJJ techniques, coordination drills, and practical self-defense skills at both Sai MMA and The Dojo.

My BJJ Journey: Always a Student
