I love bringing Bollywood hits to the dance floor. Here, I'm leading a fun, easy-to-follow routine that gives you a fantastic cardio workout while you groove to your favorite songs.
Looking for a fun way to achieve your weight loss goals? My Zumba sessions are designed to be a high-calorie-burning workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. You can see the smiles and sweat in this clip!
We also get down to some high-energy Bhangra and Punjabi folk beats. This is a great way to connect with desi culture while getting an amazing full-body workout. The energy in these sessions is always through the roof.

What You Can Expect
Our classes at our Emaar Palm Hills studio are open to everyone, regardless of your dance experience or current fitness level. We rotate through different styles to keep things fresh:
- Latin-inspired Zumba: High-intensity movement with infectious beats.
- Bollywood Fit: Cardio routines set to the music you already love.
- Bhangra Burn: Full-body engagement with traditional Punjabi folk rhythms.
Every 50 to 60-minute session is designed as a stress-buster. You leave your worries outside, and inside, you focus on the music and the movement. It is effective, it is high-energy, and it works.
Our Facility
We have built a bright, mirrored studio specifically for movement. The flooring is wood-pattern laminate designed for pivoting and jumping, paired with a professional sound system that keeps the energy high. We provide a space where you can watch your progress, laugh at your own moves, and feel part of a real family.
