This is what it's all about. Here you can see one of our 8-year-old students in her very first kickboxing competition. We ensure every match is safe, supervised by a referee, and focused on showcasing skill and sportsmanship. She took home the gold, and I couldn't be prouder.

Our MMA training isn't just about striking. Here, I'm supervising a ground and pound drill where young students learn the fundamentals of wrestling and grappling. It's about control, position, and building a complete martial arts foundation.
Boxing is a thinking person's game. This sparring session shows two of our young students working on their boxing IQ, using the jab to control distance, break rhythm, and set up their next move. It's a chess match with gloves on.
As a coach, I lead from the front. Here I am in the ring with a young student, working on his kickboxing technique. This one on one attention is crucial for sharpening reflexes and building real fight experience.
Before they spar, I make sure my students understand the rules of the ring and the mindset of a true martial artist. It’s not about hurting each other. It's about learning, respecting your opponent, and using these skills with discipline.

How We Build Fighters

We operate out of our Hebbal and Kodigehalli facilities, featuring professional-grade equipment like boxing rings and MMA cages. This isn't a fitness studio—it's a combat gym. We enforce a strict code of conduct: punctuality, respect for training partners, and zero tolerance for bullying. Our coaches work 1-on-1 to correct form, ensuring every student learns to defend themselves safely.
