Acro & Partner Yoga: Trust & Teamwork
Acro Yoga is a playful practice that combines yoga, acrobatics, and trust. In these sessions, we work in pairs or groups to create shapes, build strength, and learn to communicate and support each other in a fun, dynamic way.
Aerial Yoga: Find Your Wings
Using soft, fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling, aerial yoga helps you defy gravity. This practice allows for deeper stretches, decompresses the spine through inversions, and builds upper body and core strength in a completely new way.
Accessible Yoga: Practice with Props
We use props like blocks, chairs, wheels, and straps to make yoga safe and effective for every body type and flexibility level. These tools are not a crutch; they are here to help you find correct alignment, deepen stretches without strain, and build strength intelligently.
Asana & Flow: Build Strength & Flexibility
This is the heart of our practice. We move through sequences of postures (asanas) designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Whether it's a dynamic Vinyasa flow or a steady Hatha sequence, the focus is always on connecting breath with movement.
Pranayama & Meditation: Calm Your Mind
Yoga is not just physical. Jab saans apne haath mein ho, sukoon bhi apna hota hai (when your breath is in your control, peace follows). In this section, you'll see us practicing pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and connect with our inner selves.
Our Yoga Community: In the Studio
My classes are a place to find balance together. Yahan pe hum ek dusre ko support karte hain (Here, we support each other). This is our community in Noida and South Delhi, moving, breathing, and growing together. No competition, just shared progress.
Outdoor Yoga & Retreats
Take your practice into nature. We hold regular outdoor yoga sessions in the beautiful parks of Noida and Delhi, and host special yoga retreats in serene locations like Rishikesh. Practicing outdoors helps deepen our connection to the environment and ourselves.
