Adaptive Fitness & Focus Training for Kids with ADHD and Autism
We transform fitness into play. Our adaptive, fun-focused sessions use agility games and functional movement to help children with ADHD and Autism build motor skills and confidence.
Our coaches are trained to design and demonstrate activities specifically for kids with ADHD. This includes dynamic movements like cone drills, box jumps, and monkey bar exercises that are structured to improve motor planning and hold attention.
A key part of our program involves mind-body activities that increase focus. Here, you can see our certified coach guiding children through cone agility drills and stability ball exercises, which are excellent for improving balance and concentration.
We make kids more energetic and focused through functional training. Our sessions incorporate agility ladder drills to improve footwork and coordination, and medicine ball exercises to build core stability and mobility.
About Training for Focus & Coordination
Traditional sports can sometimes feel rigid, so we’ve designed our sessions around 'play, not pressure.' Whether your child is working on impulse control or motor planning, we use tools like battle ropes, stability balls, and agility ladders to turn every drill into a game. We focus on consistent progress over time, ensuring every movement helps build better concentration and physical coordination in a space where they feel safe to be themselves.
How We Train
We understand that one size does not fit all. Our approach for children with ADHD and Autism is centered on individualized attention and play-based functional training.
- The Session Flow: Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is structured to match the child's stamina. We start with high-energy movement to release tension, followed by focus-oriented drills like cone agility, stability ball balancing, and tunnel crawls to improve cognitive control.
- Environment & Safety: Our centers in Tilaknagar and Chembur are equipped with shock-absorbing rubber mats to minimize injury. We maintain a strict secure environment with CCTV monitoring, and our coaches are specifically trained to handle diverse support needs. Whether it is 1-on-1 coaching for specific motor goals or small group sessions to practice turn-taking and social cues, the environment is defined by clear visual markers to help children navigate the space comfortably.
Why Movement Matters
Our goal goes beyond physical fitness. We have seen consistent patterns in our students: better focus during school hours, improved emotional regulation, and higher self-confidence from mastering new physical tasks. For us, this is 'mehnat kar pasina baha' (work hard and sweat)—we encourage effort, but we always keep the environment supportive, keeping the fun factor high so your child looks forward to coming back.
If you are unsure whether your child would be a better fit for private training or a group class, reach out to us. We can discuss your child's specific routine and goals to suggest the right starting point.
