We don't use generic gym routines. Your child will work with weighted sleds, battle ropes, and monkey bars, but we wrap every movement in games so they actually enjoy the effort. We keep the environment safe with shock-absorbing mats and strictly limited group sizes, so every child gets the attention they need to master these exercises at their own pace.
At Hurdles Fitness, we believe that fitness is a language of its own. Whether your child is neurotypical or has ADHD or Autism, our approach remains the same: mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana (work hard and sweat, stopping is not an option). We focus on turning functional strength into confidence.
