Why I Coach
Kya feeling hoti hai jab court pe khade hote ho? For me, it was love at first spike. Discipline comes from my Indian Air Force days, but for real growth, you need both sapna (dream) and mahinat (hard work).

My Story
Started off in the Indian Air Force, discipline drilled into me. But volleyball? That’s my real jaan (life). First time I spiked, bas ho gaya (it was done). Got my diploma from NIS, found my crew—NIS squad. Dosti matters most. You got to be a good friend to build a strong team. Whether praying at Mahakal or riding a horse on the beach, I keep my focus: be strong, dream big, and never stop. That’s how I coach.
