Standard 3-Day Coaching Program
Core Structure
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week on alternate days or weekends.
- Duration: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per session.
- Grounds: Access to 70m boundary green ground at Backyard Sports Club.
- Surfaces: Rotation between Turf wickets, Astro-turf, and Cemented wickets.
Technical Training
- Batting: Drills for grip, stance setup, backlift alignment, and shot execution.
- Bowling: Kinematic analysis of actions focused on momentum, hip rotation, and grip variations.
- Fielding: High-intensity sessions covering diving catches, wall reflex training, and throwing mechanics.
Fitness & Analysis
- Conditioning: NCA approved strength protocols, agility ladders, and cone drills.
- Feedback: Occasional video recording of techniques for visual error correction.
- Physio: Basic assessment access via Matteo Physio tie-up.
Additional Costs
- Registration: One-time fee of approx INR 5,000 applies (includes uniform/whites).
Residential Academy Program
Accommodation & Living
- Stay: Shared dormitory accommodation within academy premises.
- Climate Control: Options range from Non-AC (Coolers) to AC Superior rooms.
- Meals: 3 full meals daily including North Indian vegetarian diet and egg supplements.
- Amenities: Laundry facilities, RO water dispensers, Wi-Fi, and TV room.

How I Coach

- I create personalized training plans. No cookie-cutter stuff - each player gets one-on-one feedback, with video analysis for cricket so you can actually see how to adjust your game.
- Holistic development is key: discipline, confidence, and leadership grow alongside your cover drive.
What You’ll Learn
- Batting: We start with the basics - grip, stance, footwork. You’ll work on defensive and attacking shots, plus drills for decision-making and reacting fast under pressure.
- Bowling: I focus on generating power and mastering control. We get into variations, strategies, and reading the batter.
- Fielding & Wicket-Keeping: Expect tough sessions for reflexes, agility, and anticipation. For keepers, it’s about soft hands and mental resilience.
Beyond Technique
- Mental toughness workshops and game-awareness sessions.
- Fitness routines tailored for cricket, including injury prevention and NCA-approved assessments.
- Age-specific cricket training for boys and girls, 6 to 17 - whether solo or in a group, you’ll find your pace.
