From the drawing board to the turf. This video shows how we take a tactical plan for a 3v2 and 4v3 attack and execute it in a live drill.
This is a pressure training drill inside the circle. We focus on quick decision making, creating space, and executing a powerful shot on goal under pressure.
A 4v3 right flank attack drill in action. I train my players to master pressure receiving, skill execution, and baseline entry to create scoring opportunities.
This 3v2 drill sharpens both attackers and defenders. Attackers work on mobility and creating space, while defenders practice delaying the attack and covering the hot zones.
A 2v1 pressure receiving and goal-scoring drill. The focus here is on passing under pressure, quick elimination skills by the attacker, and decisive tackling from the defender.
This video shows a 4v3 attacking progression. We start the attack from the right, adding defenders as the play moves into the 23-meter line and circle to simulate real match pressure.

This isn’t a run-of-the-mill academy session. In these drills, we focus on the 'T-point' entries and 4v3 overloads that actually break defensive lines in a real match. You aren't just learning how to hit a ball; you're training your eyes to read the game, make split-second decisions on the baseline, and execute under the same physical pressure you'll face at the state or national level.

We break the game down into the components that actually decide match outcomes:
- Circle Penetration & Scoring: We drill 'hot zone' entries until your positioning is instinct. You will learn to hold your nerve when the goal is in sight.
- Pressure Receiving: You’ll learn how to control the ball while a defender is breathing down your neck. If you can handle the pressure in my drill, you can handle it in a final.
- Tactical Awareness: 3v2 and 4v3 drills aren't just about passing; they’re about understanding space, delaying, channeling, and creating overloads when it matters most.
