Hockey is my life, my passion, and the reason I am who I am. From the blue turf to the whiteboard, here is how I build champions, one session at a time. 🏑
I am honored to have received the Institutional Award for Outstanding & Best Coach of SAI. This recognition is a result of my team's hard work and the support I've received.
Receiving the 1st SAI Institution Award. A proud moment that fuels my passion to continue developing the next generation of hockey talent in India.
Confidence is earned, not given. This is a core belief I instill in all my players. Here I am at the Khelo India University Games, a platform where champions are born.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination. I find my happiness on the hockey field, helping players achieve their dreams.
Even the coach needs to practice. Here I am trying out a few moves before a training session begins. I believe in staying sharp and leading by example.

About The Coach: My Philosophy & Journey
I don't just teach techniques; I teach you to think fast. Whether it's 3v2 overloads or circle penetration, we spend time on the whiteboard before even stepping onto the field. My sessions are intense—be ready to run, sweat, and get loud with me. If you’re here to work, I’m here to push you to the next level.
How I Train
My coaching style is high-energy, loud, and focused on building real game intelligence. I believe that confidence is earned, not given.
When we train, we combine the tactical with the physical. You will get:
- Tactical Theory: We break down pitch-side formations and decision-making scenarios, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind every move.
- High-Repetition Drills: From pressure receiving to eliminating skills (dribbling), we drill these until they become muscle memory.
- Strength & Conditioning: Hockey is physically demanding. We hit the gym and the track for hockey-specific agility, speed, and endurance work.
My Track Record
I bring FIH Level 3 certified expertise to every session. My training programs are designed with national camp benchmarks in mind. I have coached at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and helped athletes progress toward the Junior India selection pathway.
I offer everything from monthly elite performance programs to 1-on-1 specialist clinics where we use video analysis to correct your biomechanics in real-time. Whether you are in Bengaluru or Delhi, we will use professional water-based turf facilities to ensure you are training in conditions that mirror competitive match days.
