A guided, 5 to 6-week journey to heal your core and rebuild your stamina, safely and at your own pace.

This is my 30-day rehabilitation program designed specifically for new mothers. It details the upcoming batch information, session frequency, and duration. The program is structured to fit into your new life, with recordings available if you miss a session.

Here are the specific details for a new postnatal batch that started in March. It clearly lays out the dates, timings, and requirements, like needing clearance from your doctor and waiting at least 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section.

This is an example of a monthly events calendar I share with my community. It lists all the offerings for March, including the start date for a new postnatal batch, a free Women's Day yoga session, and workshops on labor management.

Here is the event calendar for February. It shows the variety of support I offer, from the new postnatal batch to specialized workshops like perineal massage, partner yoga for Valentine's Day, and even a session on cloth diapering.

This was our January calendar, packed with events to support new and expecting mothers. You can see the details for the postnatal program, along with workshops on labor management, pregnancy pranayama, and baby-led weaning.

To celebrate Women's Day, I offered a free "Unwind & Stretch" yoga session for all mammas, new and old. This graphic shows me practicing with my baby, which is a big part of my philosophy of integrating motherhood and self-care.

Let's talk about the "mommy belly." It's a topic that comes up a lot, and I wanted to create a space to talk about it openly. This was for an Instagram Live session I hosted to share simple, effective tips for healing the abdominal area postpartum, focusing on safe exercises for diastasis recti.

About Program Details & Upcoming Batches

These batches are kept small so you get real-time feedback on your form, which is critical when you are healing your pelvic floor or closing a diastasis recti gap. If your baby needs you during class, do not worry about missing out; every single session is recorded so you can catch up whenever your schedule allows.
