About this collection
Pole fitness at our studio is not about aesthetics, it is about building functional grip strength and core control. We use professional-grade taped aerial hoops and static or spinning poles to ensure safety while you learn. Even if you have zero upper body strength today, we start with the basics—grip, mounting, and steady technique—so you can safely build the power needed for your first invert.
Why We Do Pole Fitness
It is simple: we believe movement is medicine. Pole fitness is one of the most effective ways to challenge your body, combining deep core conditioning with artistic movement. You do not need to be 'fit' to start. Most of our students come in having never touched a pole, and within a few weeks, they are holding poses they never thought possible.
What to Expect in Class
We run group sessions that are energetic but respect your individual pace. Every class starts with a structured warm-up to prepare your muscles. We focus on:
- Grip and Mounting: Learning how to engage your hands and core correctly.
- Static Poses: Mastering foundational moves like the Fireman Spin or Man in the Moon.
- Inversions: Building the shoulder and back strength required to go upside down safely.
Safety and Environment
We are based in a high-ceiling warehouse space in Yelahanka. We prioritize your safety with industrial-grade crash mats positioned under every station. The studio is a zero-judgement zone. Our crew is fiercely protective of the vibe—we show up, we support each other, and we celebrate every win, no matter how small. Whether you are here for a trial session or joining our monthly membership, you are stepping into a community that cheers for your progress.
