Pole fitness is where raw strength meets artistic expression. Whether you are aiming for your first inversion or mastering complex spins, I am here to guide you with safe, progressive, and focused training.

Trying to keep my facial expression in check while holding a challenging pose. Pole fitness requires immense strength, focus, and a bit of grace under pressure.

Today's spin just felt nice. Pole dancing is a beautiful combination of strength and fluid motion.

Getting better at my knee hooks. This is a fundamental move in pole fitness that requires grip, core strength, and confidence.

This pose is called the bow and arrow. It's an advanced move that showcases flexibility and strength, and it took a lot of encouragement from my coach to achieve.

It took one whole session to figure out this inversion, but it was worth it. This move required a lot of right-arm strength, and I'm proud of the progress.

My pole journey has taught me to respect my body and appreciate its strength. This clip shows a beautiful spin and hold, a testament to the progress I've made.

My coach has been encouraging me all year to push my limits. Today I achieved the "cupid" pose, and it's my new favorite. It's a beautiful expression of balance and strength.

Thankful for everything I learned this year in my pole practice. This clip shows some conditioning and flow work with my training partner.

About Pole Fitness & Artistry

Pole fitness is often misunderstood as just dancing, but it is actually one of the most challenging ways to build functional upper body and core strength. In my sessions, we do not just focus on the 'tricks.' We prioritize the foundational conditioning needed for inversions and grip. You will spend time mastering the mechanics of every spin and hold so you can move with control and safety, rather than just relying on momentum.

Pole fitness is a full-body discipline that transforms your relationship with your own strength. If you have been struggling with 'gym boredom,' this is the shift you need. By using the pole as a tool for resistance, you engage muscle groups in your back, shoulders, and core that traditional lifting often misses.

Why Train Pole?

  • Functional Core Power: Every spin and inversion requires intense core engagement, which naturally improves your posture and stability in daily life.
  • Grip & Upper Body: You will build real-world strength in your hands, forearms, and shoulders, which complements any other lifting you might be doing.
  • Flexibility & Flow: We combine strength work with mobility drills to ensure you aren't just strong, but also capable of moving fluidly.

My Approach to Teaching

I keep the environment focused but relaxed. We start with conditioning—before you go upside down, we make sure you have the grip and shoulder stability to handle it. Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched a pole or someone looking to perfect their form on advanced moves, we take it step-by-step. I will be there to spot you, correct your form, and push you when I know you have more in the tank. Pole is a process of 'soft discipline.' You show up, you try, you fail, and you try again. That is where the progress happens.
