See how I prepare my soft aaloo buns. I start with small discs of dough, add a generous amount of my homemade spiced potato filling, and bake them until they are fluffy and golden.
These are my pizza buns, a real crowd-pleaser. I make the dough and a tangy pizza filling from scratch, top it with lots of cheese, and bake until the bun is soft and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
A special item that needs to be pre-ordered is my khova naan. This video shows how I prepare the dough, stuff it with a sweet, creamy khova filling, and shape it before baking. It’s a unique sweet bread.

Just a heads-up before you order: while my everyday buns like aaloo or pizza are ready for your quick cravings, my specialty naans like kheema and brain naan need a little extra love. Since I bake everything from scratch in small batches, please give me a 24-hour notice for those meaty specials so I can source the freshest ingredients.
There is something about a fresh, warm bun that just hits the spot. My baking style is all about that home-cooked, Bangalore-style comfort. I start with high-quality dough, proofed properly to get that soft, airy texture, and then stuff it with fillings that feel like a proper meal.

- Made from scratch: No store-bought pre-mixes here. I prepare the dough, the fillings, and even the pizza sauce in our family kitchen.

How to order
Because I don't believe in stocking stale items, everything you get is baked for your specific order. I typically need a 3-day window for bulk orders to make sure I have the capacity to prep everything. For specialty items like my Kheema or Brain naan, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance. It takes time to get the meat and spices right, and I refuse to cut corners on the quality.
