The swimming pool at the ICC project is a perfect example of how we use color and form to create a vibrant landscape feature. The patterned tile work and surrounding lush greenery make this pool a central point of attraction and leisure for the community.
This resort-style pool deck features multiple interconnected pools, comfortable lounge seating, and lush tropical planting. Our design creates a luxurious and relaxing environment, perfect for a holiday home township or a high-end residential club.

This playground at the Island City Center features a variety of modern play equipment on a colorful, soft-fall surface. The design includes a geodesic dome climber and a spinning rocker, providing diverse and engaging play opportunities for children.

When we design a pool or play area, we prioritize the functional lifecycle of the space. For playgrounds, this means specifying high-grade, soft-fall EPDM flooring that handles heavy Indian summers, rather than just choosing colors. For swimming pools, we balance structural MEP requirements with surrounding vegetation, ensuring your residents get a facility that actually encourages them to step outdoors and socialize.
Our design philosophy centers on integrating recreational amenities into the broader site master plan. We recognize that a pool is not merely a basin of water; it is a complex infrastructure project involving precise MEP coordination, structural waterproofing, and perimeter safety. Our team prepares detailed working drawings for civil contractors to ensure that drainage, filtration, and lighting are executed exactly as planned.
When it comes to playgrounds, we move beyond generic installations. We focus on active play that challenges children while ensuring parents can comfortably supervise. This involves selecting equipment based on developmental stages and using EPDM safety flooring, which provides a cushioned, durable surface that withstands high usage. We balance these active hardscape zones with softscape elements, such as carefully placed trees and planters, that provide necessary shade and visual buffering.
