We prioritize how users inhabit a space. In our commercial campus designs, we create outdoor work pods and shaded meeting areas that encourage employees to step away from their desks. In our township projects, we focus on activity zoning—carefully separating active zones like sports courts from passive zones like reading corners to ensure a harmonious living experience.
