We care about community and the planet, so every project tries to strike a balance - practical, sustainable, and built for people.

What We Do

• Large-scale township planning, plotted developments, and gated communities - each with its own vibe and focus on active and passive recreation.
• Mixed-use masterplan integration: residential, retail, commercial, and institutional spaces that actually work together. We pay attention to natural site features like lakes or streams and use them to give the place its own character.
• Green infrastructure solutions and biophilic design strategies are a huge part of our process. We don’t just add parks - we build whole systems for smart water management and climate resilience. Transit-oriented development (TOD) is a core skill; we know how to create walkable communities planning around public transport hubs.
• Public realm and streetscape design: from heritage site renewal to new public plazas, we want spaces where people actually hang out, not just pass through. We push for complete streets with strong pedestrian connections.

How We Work

We start with deep site analysis, often GIS-based, and build options that fit the context. Collaboration is key - we listen and adapt. Our goal is to create places that improve well-being, offer long-term value, and actually feel like they belong.

Where We’ve Been

We’ve worked on thousands of acres across 20 states in India and globally too. Projects range from affordable housing, high-rises, and villas to malls, campuses, and public parks. Our experience crosses borders and categories - we’re used to handling scale, complexity, and local realities.
