Here's a quick summary about me. I transitioned from fashion design to become a full-time nutritionist and fitness coach. As a new mom, I specialize in weight loss, lifestyle modification, and both prenatal and postpartum fitness.

I am committed to continuous learning to better serve you. I am an ACE Approved Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Instructor, equipped with the knowledge to guide expecting and new moms safely and effectively.
