Here's a quick summary about me. I transitioned from fashion design to become a full-time nutritionist and fitness coach. As a new mom, I specialize in weight loss, lifestyle modification, and both prenatal and postpartum fitness.

I am committed to continuous learning to better serve you. I am an ACE Approved Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Instructor, equipped with the knowledge to guide expecting and new moms safely and effectively.

Helping yourself first with what you believe in is the most powerful step. I'm back to coaching and ready to help you start your journey.

I don't just hand out generic diet charts. My process starts with a 30-minute consultation to analyze your blood work, hormonal health, and real-world lifestyle constraints. We don't guess—we plan based on your unique metabolism and the home food you already have in your kitchen.

Fitness is not about starving yourself or spending hours in a gym. It is about building the physical and biological capacity to manage the demands of your daily life. Whether you are a new mom, working a 9-to-5, or managing a household, my goal is to simplify health so it fits into your routine, not the other way around.
