Nutrition Coaching for Real Life
I don't believe in "Maggi recipe" fixes or cutting out ghar ka khana. My nutrition coaching is about making small, sustainable habit changes that fit your life, not changing your life to fit a diet chart.
Balanced meals are the foundation of good health. They provide the essential nutrients your body needs and keep your energy levels stable throughout the day, preventing those afternoon slumps and cravings.
Pre-planning your meals is a simple tip that has a huge impact. It helps you measure your daily food intake, stay on track with your weight loss goals, and saves you time that you can use to be more physically active.
To see results, I had to fix my basics. This meant swapping late-night cravings for online food and Netflix with better sleep and mindful eating. These small but impactful changes are what truly contribute to sustainable weight loss.
I believe in loving yourself first, and that includes your mental, physical, and social wellbeing. What you eat and how you lead your life are direct reflections of that self-love. Here, I show how a simple, home-cooked chili paneer can be part of a healthy lifestyle.
Food is fitness. These delicious egg rolls are a great example of a balanced meal, packed with 31 grams of protein. I provide my clients with nutrient breakdowns to help them understand the value of what they're eating.
Smart snacking is key to avoiding unhealthy cravings. An egg roll like this one, made with soy and wheat flour and stuffed with greens, is a perfect example of a quantified, satisfying, and healthy option.
I prioritize my meals to start my day right. A colorful fruit bowl, protein from eggs, soaked nuts for healthy fats, and a wholesome dal pithouri for lunch. This is what balanced, enjoyable eating looks like.
After a good workout, I remind myself that patience is key. And yes, sometimes that means enjoying a small portion of Maggi noodles with moderation. A healthy lifestyle is about balance, not deprivation.
About Nutrition for Real Life
Forget the "starve-binge-repeat" cycle. Whether you are managing PCOS, recovering postpartum, or just stuck in a rut, my approach starts with your current lifestyle—not a generic chart. We look at your blood work, your stress, and your actual meals (yes, roti and rice are included) to build a plan that stays with you even after the 4 or 12 weeks are up.
Sustainable Nutrition, Not Just a Diet Chart
Most people think healthy eating means salads and smoothies all day. That’s just not practical for most of us. My nutrition philosophy is simple: we work with the food you already eat at home.
I focus on quantified nutrition. This doesn't mean you need to be a math genius or obsess over every calorie. It means understanding portion control and macronutrients so you can enjoy your favorite foods without feeling guilty.
How We Work Together
When we start, we aren't just jumping into a plan. We look at the bigger picture:
- Lifestyle Assessment: We analyze your sleep, hydration, and movement levels.
- Blood Work Review: I look at your markers for PCOD, PCOS, or Thyroid issues to ensure the food we plan actually supports your metabolic health.
- Daily Support: You aren't left alone with a PDF. My programs include daily WhatsApp support. When you're at a wedding, eating out, or just feeling the "new mom blues," I'm there to help you navigate those choices in real-time.
Why This Works for Busy Women
I get it. You are juggling work, kids, and home. I don't give plans that require hours of meal prep. We focus on habits: meal prepping, fixing your late-night snacking, and improving your sleep quality. This is how we build long-term consistency, not temporary fixes. Whether you need a 4-week starter plan or a 12-week deep dive, we make fitness and nutrition a non-negotiable part of your day.
