Fitness isn't about living in the gym or cutting out your favorite home-cooked meals. It’s about building strength, consistency, and habits that actually stick—even on your busiest days.

The rule is simple: a little discipline for self-wellness goes a long way. I prioritize physical strength to combat daily challenges and focus on correcting basic lifestyle habits like sleep, hydration, and mindful eating.

People will always have opinions, especially about a mom trying to get back in shape. I'm here to tell you that you are the CEO of your own wellbeing. If I can lose 16-17 kgs postpartum, you can too.

Completing 5 out of 5 gym days for the week feels amazing. Investing in your well-being is like a mutual fund; the effort you put in now will support you on your bad days. Proper rest is just as important for a strong comeback.

The gym is my sacred space. It's where I find mental peace and build a healthy body, which in turn helps me serve my clients and be a better mom. Everyone is busy, but you have to make time for yourself.

Even with a busy toddler, I pre-plan my day to make time for the gym. Hitting that 'feel good' factor in my own body is what keeps me going. Remember, if you are working on yourself, the results will come.

Don't just listen to people who say "go to the gym, you will lose weight." Fitness is personal. You need to find your own goal, whether it's strength, endurance, or mental clarity, and work on it consistently.

Just counting steps won't lead to weight loss on its own. While walking is great for cardiovascular health, it needs to be combined with other parameters like strength training, proper nutrition, good sleep, and hydration to be truly effective.

About Fitness That Fits Your Life

Most women come to me feeling burnt out from crash diets and gym marathons they can't sustain. We start with the basics—fixing your sleep, hydration, and mindful eating—before we ever touch a heavy workout. It is not about intensity; it is about finding that sweet spot between your responsibilities at home and your right to feel strong in your own skin. If you can commit to the small daily habits, the weight loss and strength follow as a result.
