This is my story. I wasn't "genetically lucky" or "big boned". I was a girl who was tired of feeling uncomfortable in her own skin. This transformation wasn't just about losing weight, it was about gaining strength and confidence by learning to lift heavy and fuel my body properly.

Transitioning from corporate law to full-time fitness coaching was not about a sudden epiphany. It was a slow realization that I was miserable, hiding my body, and chasing numbers on a scale that did not matter. I lost 25 kilos, but I did it the wrong way first. I starved myself, did endless cardio, and ended up feeling soft and unhappy. The turning point was when I stopped viewing food as an enemy and started treating my body like it deserved to be fueled.
I built my coaching philosophy on what actually works for busy women. We do not do good versus bad foods. We use the 80/20 rule. We do not do endless gym sessions to burn calories, we do smart strength training to build muscle. When you are under-muscled, you feel squishy even when the scale goes down. That is why we focus on progressive overload, high protein intake, and consistent, sustainable habits.
