About Functional & High-Intensity Training

Unlike standard gym floors where everyone trains in silence with headphones on, our sessions are structured as high-energy, guided circuits. You will spend 60 minutes rotating through sled pushes, tire flips, and battle rope drills, with a trainer actively correcting your form to ensure you are actually building power, not just breaking a sweat.
