We designed this expansive living area to be a sanctuary that embraces its natural surroundings. The double-height glass walls dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, flooding the space with light and offering uninterrupted mountain views, while the combination of rich hardwood and black marble flooring defines distinct functional zones.
This double-height living room is a study in verticality and texture. We used towering, backlit panels with organic patterns to draw the eye upward, creating a sense of grandeur, while the plush, contemporary sofas arranged for conversation provide a grounded, comfortable core to the space.
A staircase can be more than just a connection between floors; it can be the heart of a home. We designed this sculptural, spiral staircase with black marble treads and a flowing brass balustrade, turning a functional element into a central piece of art that is dramatic from every angle.
For the historic Bangalore Club, we focused on restoring its colonial grandeur while updating it for modern use. This dining area features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, classic wood-paneled walls, and custom patterned floor tiles that honor the club's 150-year legacy.
The facade of the award-winning Bosch Learning Centre showcases our approach to modern commercial architecture. The design uses a grid of windows to create a dynamic visual effect, highlighted by a large-scale floral mural that adds an element of art and nature to the industrial aesthetic.
In this bedroom, we created a sanctuary of calm and comfort. A custom-arched, fluted headboard in deep mahogany provides a dramatic backdrop, softened by layered, quilted textiles and a delicate glass pendant light that casts a gentle glow.
Natural light was a key element in our design for this Devanahalli restaurant. We used floor-to-ceiling glass walls to connect the dining space with the outdoors, while the morning sun highlights the textures of the leather booths, wooden tables, and patterned floor tiles.
This living space is defined by a custom-designed, back-lit wall feature with organic, flowing lines. We paired this dramatic element with a classic tufted sofa, a modern armchair, and a nested coffee table in brass and marble to create a room that is both sophisticated and inviting.
We designed this dining space within a glass-enclosed conservatory to feel both rustic and refined. A live-edge wooden table serves as the centerpiece, complemented by ornate mirrors and classic chandeliers, creating an elegant dining experience under a transparent skylight.
Our turnkey design and build process starts from the ground up. This image captures the foundational stage, where the steel framework of a building begins to take shape, representing the strength and precision that underpins every one of our projects.

About Turnkey Interior Design & Build

How We Design Spaces with Soul

We’re all about spaces that feel alive, not just look good. At Gayathri & Namith Architects, our designs carry stories and culture, mixing Indian roots with fresh ideas. Every project gets our full attention - we don’t just draw plans, we think about how each corner will feel and what it’ll mean to you.

  • End-to-end interior solutions, so you don’t have to juggle

  • Quality control is hands-on, not just paperwork

Where We Work Our Magic

Homes, offices, clubs, restaurants - each one gets its own personality.

  • Custom residential interiors for luxury villas, high-rises, and heritage homes
  • We love contemporary Indian style, but also play with rustic, minimalist, and Japanese-inspired looks
  • Office space design and build for award-winning, eco-friendly workplaces
  • Experience centers and hospitality, from chill resorts to historic club renovations

Details That Matter

We get that luxury isn’t all imported stuff. Our vibe is about local art, craft, and textures.

  • Spaces often revolve around a striking art piece or custom furniture
  • Heritage home restoration is close to our heart
  • Materials like wood, stone, and rich fabrics make rooms tactile and memorable

Been at this for over 33 years. Still fired up to create spaces that actually mean something.

My Story

Hey, we’re Gayathri and Namith. Our journey started with a simple idea: spaces should have soul. We’re big on tradition, wrote a book on Tulunadu 'Guthu' homes, and that heritage is in our bones. But we love pushing boundaries too. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by hand-painted art, our awesome GNA family, and maybe running a marathon or playing cricket (scoreboard doesn’t matter, spirit does). We believe in growing together and having fun while we do it.
