  • Weekly Form Analysis: We don't train in the dark. Every week, I review your lifting videos on WhatsApp. I tell you exactly why your squat failed or where your deadlift form broke down. This is the fastest way to get stronger and stay injury-free.
  • Strength & Hypertrophy: We focus on the big three—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift—while adding the accessory work you actually need to build muscle and balance your physique.
  • Mental Toughness: Strength is as much in the head as it is in the muscle. I work with you to handle the mental fatigue that comes with heavy training.
