Mastering the Big Three: Squat, Bench, Deadlift

My coaching is built on the foundation of powerlifting: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. I provide hands-on, technical coaching for both in-person and online clients to help you build raw strength safely and effectively in these core lifts.

The Transformation: My Journey

I practice what I preach. I started my own journey at a skinny 65 kg and built myself up to 92 kg of muscle through disciplined training and nutrition. These photos show my personal transformation and the physique you can build with dedication.

Building a Foundation: Accessory & Strength Training

The big three lifts are key, but a house is only as strong as its foundation. I incorporate targeted accessory exercises to strengthen supporting muscles, prevent imbalances, and build a complete physique. This includes work for shoulders, back, and arms.
