I don't believe in choosing between being strong or looking strong. This is my approach to building a functional, aesthetic physique through relentless, calculated work.

This is proof that you don't need to get fat to be a powerlifter. My hybrid coaching focuses on building immense strength while maintaining a lean, aesthetic physique. We train for both performance and appearance.

I don't lift for fame or trophies. I lift because it makes me feel alive. Here I am pushing my absolute limit with a 310 kg squat at 82 kg body weight, which is 3.8 times my body weight. This is the intensity I bring to every session.

"You cannot withstand the storm," the devil whispered. "I am the storm," the warrior replied. This is the champion mindset I cultivate in myself and my clients. We build physiques that are as strong as they look.

A decade of dedication. This 10 year transformation from 2014 to 2024 shows what is possible with consistency and a clear vision. This isn't a quick fix, it's a lifestyle of continuous improvement.

Building rock solid abs comes down to correct technique. Here, I demonstrate two of the most effective exercises, cable crunches and hanging leg raises, that I use in my personalized training plans to develop core strength and definition.

My 12-week programs are designed for people who have a clear 'why' but are missing the 'how'. We don't use copy-paste PDFs. Every plan is built around your current strength levels, your recovery capacity, and your ultimate physique goals. We focus on:

  • Technique Over Ego: We start with the Big 3—squat, bench, and deadlift. I provide asynchronous video form analysis to ensure your bar path is efficient and your bracing is solid, keeping you injury-free.
  • Smart Aesthetics: We integrate high-rep isolation work to target muscle definition, ensuring you aren't just hitting a PR, but looking like a lifter.
  • Mindset & Nutrition: Strength isn't just physical. My coaching includes macro-based nutrition guidance that allows for flexibility without crash dieting, and mental check-ins to keep you locked in during contest prep.
