I am K11 certified, but I don't hide behind certificates. My method is built on 'Full Power' training. This means focusing on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses that build functional, raw strength. We don't skip the basics because the basics are what build the foundation for a lifetime of fitness.
Why Desi Nutrition Works
Most people think they need exotic, expensive ingredients to get fit. I disagree. I build your nutrition plan around the food you already eat at home. If you eat dal, roti, and chicken, we work with that. The goal is to reach your macros without making your kitchen a laboratory. It is about consistency, not just a four-week phase.
