The whole Gaia Family! This is our incredible team of chefs and service staff who make the magic happen. We are so proud of the family we've built, and we couldn't do any of this without them.
Our core team: Executive Chef Shrey, co-founders Chinu and Chris, and Manager Chetan. We take the idea of our Gaia Family very seriously and believe in supporting each other to grow and succeed.
It's always a delight cooking for friends. Here's co-founder Chinu with our wonderful client, Isha Ambani. Building these warm, long-lasting relationships is one of the best parts of our job.

Our kitchen is powered by familiar faces who have been with us for years, not temporary staff. People like Chetan and Shrey started here as young cooks and have grown into the core leaders of our team. We did not start in a massive industrial setup; we began in a poky home kitchen 14 years ago. This origin story dictates how we hire and train. We reject the common hospitality industry standard of burnout and sacrifice. Instead, we encourage balance for our chefs and managers.
