We absolutely love destination weddings, and Goa is our jam. This video captures the vibrant, fun-fusion energy of a multi-cultural wedding we catered. We worked with the couple to create a menu that told their love story, featuring dishes like Malvani Crab & Guac Pani Puri and Goan Choriz Chilli Tacos.

Whether we are serving 750 guests at a consulate or hosting a wedding in Goa, we use the same farm-to-table approach that Chinu and Chris started with 14 years ago. Our team leaders, Shrey and Chetan, manage these large operations. They oversee the synchronized service and live counters, ensuring that dishes like our Malvani Crab Pani Puri or truffle roesti arrive exactly as intended. We work with event planners to map out the flow, so guests are not stuck in long queues. From multi-day Indian weddings to formal dinners, we handle everything from staffing ratios to custom menu design. We are not into show-offy service.
