When we say authentic, we mean it. We actually spent time in the kitchen with the Italian Consul General to get recipes like the Rigatoni Amatriciana exactly right. This isn't just about throwing some tomato sauce on store-bought penne; it is about the technique of making pasta by hand, balancing the right acidity in our sauces, and understanding the soul of regional Italian cooking.

Because we handle everything from intimate sit-down dinners to large consulate events, we know that Italian food requires specific handling. You won't find us relying on heat lamps that dry out your food. For larger groups, we often recommend live stations where our chefs can finish dishes like truffle pasta or Ooni sourdough pizzas right in front of your guests.
